To find the closest CES Access Site go to: http://ceslosangeles.weebly.com/spa-4-metro-la.html After client completes the CES survey, client will be arranged to meet with a case manager to assess specific circumstances. By doing so, a client can be connected to PATH Los Angeles Services. No registered sex offenders. Housing not guaranteed but PATH can offer 90 days of housing after meeting with a case manager if there is vacancy. Appointment necessary. No WALK-INS.

Program Description: 

 

The PATHCares program offers support to homeless individuals and families with HIV/AIDS and those with other special health needs. The program has 18 private rooms and connects clients with all of the services available in the PATHMall enabling them to achieve greater health and self-sufficiency.
