Glendale emergency rental assistance program

City Council has authorized the Emergency Rental Assistance Program

which will provide rental assistance payments to landlords of income qualified tenants negatively impacted by COVID-19.

Recipients will get up to $750/mo for up to 2 months.

Must be a Glendale, CA resident. City of Glendale,CA 

Eligible Areas

Only for tenants residing in Glendale, CA.

Eligible Income

To qualify for this program, see income eligibility by household size, prior to COVID-19 pandemic.

When to Apply

Applications for the Program will we available from

July 1, 2020 at 12:00 PM through July 15, 2020 at 12:00 PM.
