Free Mental Health Workshops

Join us for stress management workshops where you can learn techniques to cope with stress and anxiety. Children are welcome to attend and participate in simultaneous art classes. Coffee and snacks will be provided.

The workshops will take place on the following dates: 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, and 5/12 from 1 pm to 3 pm
