Do you want help getting off the streets? Connect with an outreach worker that can assist you

through the housing process and connect you with the services you need to get off the streets.

• FLU Shots & HEP A Vaccines
• Homeless Veteran Services
• FREE ID's
• Mobile Showers
• FREE Lunch
