Housing 101 (one-day workshop) is geared to clients that are moving into permanent housing for the first time and/or

are currently looking for section 8 housing.

Topics included in the curriculum:

•       Budgeting

•       Obtaining and understanding your credit report

•       Landlord/Tenant training

•       Medication compliance

•       Understanding a rental application and how to complete it with confidence

•       Mock landlord interview

Housing 102 (one-day workshop) is geared to clients that are struggling to maintain permanent housing.

Topics included in the curriculum:

•       Being a Good Neighbor

•       Budgeting

•       Cleaning tips

•       Well Being/Nutrition

•       Clearing credit/Credit report

•       Landlord/Tenant training

•       Referrals to rental payment assistance programs
