Program Description: 

SCHARP Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) SAMHSA Expansion grant is available to any individual in need of care, including (but not limited to) people with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, long-term chronic addition, mild or moderate mental illness and substance use disorders, and complex health profiles. CCBHC provides expanded access to care through an enhanced workforce, enhanced patient outreach, education and engagement, care where people live, work and play, electronic exchange of health information for care coordination purposes.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday 8:00am -1:00pm for adults 1:00pm -4:30pm for Young Adults ages 18-24; Tuesdays 8:00am to 8:00pm
