Program Description: 

The Access Center is the main entry point for individuals to receive services through OPCC. Intake Monday -Thursday at 7am first come first serve. Daybreak is OPCC's interim housing and day program that offers services to homeless women. Designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment, Daybreak offers 20 semi-private bed areas, 10 emergency beds, and a holistic approach to wellness so that participants may eventually move to permanent supportive housing and regain independence. Located on the second floor of the Cloverfield Services Center, Daybreak offers meals, workshops and classes, mental health care and linkage with medical care.
