Housing Stability Success Program (Housing 101)
The CHIRP/LA Housing Stability Success Program (Housing 101) is a one-day workshop geared
toward people who are living with HIV/AIDS and seeking permanent housing.
They may have had difficulty finding or remaining in permanent housing due to credit history,
health concerns, affordability, gaps in employment, substance abuse,
a criminal record, or medical complications.

New registering individuals must provide the following documents:
● Valid California Identification Card ID or Driver’s License
● Proof of HIV/AIDS Diagnosis form (within a year of service date)
● Proof of income (GR or SSI print out, full month of pay stubs, bank statements, etc.)
● Proof of address (government document or current utility bill) if applicable
● Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Section 8 voucher
