GGB Properties Inc.

GGB owns a variety of apartment communities, homes, duplexes and triplexes throughout Southern California.  We have locations in communities of Long Beach, Los Angeles, Compton, Downey, Paramount, Norwalk, Garden Grove and Signal Hill. Our goal is to provide quality housing at a good value.

GGB Properties was established in 2005 and is based in Long Beach, California. Although we do not have a walk-in office location, our staff is available by telephone during the hours posted. Our mailing and drop-off address is conveniently located at the Shore Business Center in the heart of Belmont Shore.

We have our own full-time maintenance staff that is available to service resident work orders in a timely manner. Many of our apartment communities have on-site managers to assist with resident needs. For our smaller apartment properties and homes without managers, our friendly office staff is available to assist you during normal business hours. We also offer our residents an after-hours, 24/7 line for maintenance emergencies.
